FLIGHT SAFETY FOUNDATION 69TH INTERNATIONAL AIR SAFETY SEMINAR, 13-16 NOV 2016, DUBAI

Once again Gates Aviation’s Jo Gillespie provided highly visible support to the Flight Safety Foundation at the recent event in Dubai. As a long serving member of the FSF International Advisory Committee he first attended the committee meeting on 13 November, to discuss the critical global aviation safety concerns and strategies on the agenda. Two days later Jo was chairman for the seminar session on ‘Big Data’ in aviation safety, bringing together 3 excellent presentations on the subject. In between he enjoyed the hospitality of the event host Emirates, who took delegates on an evening desert safari including falconry, belly-dancing and an extensive barbecue.
