Testimonials
Capt. Gillespie of Gates Aviation, conducted a series of introductory training workshops on Safety Management Systems (SMS) for Spice jet employees at Delhi and Gurgaon . These training sessions were conducted for the successful implementation of the Safety Management System mandated by ICAO and regulated by the DGCA, India.
Capt. Gillespie initially, evaluated the requirements of SMS training for our airline, and then designed training modules specific to the requirements of the various groups attending his training.
The training sessions were highly appreciated by the participants and the feedback from them was “ excellent”.
Capt. Gillespie was an engaging facilitator, and provided well thought out examples to demonstrate the material being taught. By providing a guide, he has facilitated a form of structured learning for us
I would highly recommend him for future assignments in SMS training.
